The Inn consists of four historic mansions as well as two Carriage Houses and the encompassed urban land. These mansions were built in the late 1800's and feature Victorian architecture and style.

Features of the original mansions such as grand staircases, fireplaces, and stained glass windows have been restored throughout the mansions. While historic preservation is paramount, features demanded by today's business and leisure travelers have been added to the Inn. Each house has a spacious parlor for socializing.
